Ontworpen als een typografische reis — stilte als ontwerpprincipe, beweging als expressie, taal als interface. De bezoeker wordt uitgenodigd, niet geleid. Het ontwerp filtert vanzelf.
Elk detail is een keuze: geen formulieren, een brief. Geen menu, een corridor. Geen uitleg, de ervaring spreekt. Kleur als persoonlijk statement van de bezoeker. Taal als laag, niet als label.

Thirty years of work that looks, on paper, like it has no common thread. A production facility in Zeewolde. Financial trading in Cyprus. Customer support, quality control, production planning, training, writing, compliance. Different industries, different countries, different roles.
The thread is there. It just doesn't show up in job titles.
In every role, I ended up being the one who understood the system, not just my part of it, but how it connected. Who noticed when something was wrong before it became a problem. Who could explain complex things clearly to people who needed to understand them. Who wrote the manual, built the process, trained the team, then looked for what else needed fixing.
I work best at the intersection of thinking and making. Give me a problem with no obvious solution and room to move and I will find the approach nobody else considered. I am not a specialist. I am someone who makes specialists more effective.

For those who know what that means, that's enough. For those who don't: I live by values, not by rules. I think in patterns and possibilities before I think in tasks. I feel the work, which means I do it better when it matters, and worse when it doesn't. I am idealistic enough to believe things can be done differently, and pragmatic enough to actually do them differently. I am not difficult. I am specific.
The weakness is real: I need the work to mean something. Repetition without purpose drains me. Hierarchy without reason frustrates me. I have left situations because of this and I would do it again.
The strength is real too: when the work matters, I am completely in it.
